 The Luna Jade Salon requires 24-hour notice before canceling appointments for services. Upon failing to cancel 24 hours in advance the fee schedule is as follows: 

First cancellation-Grace period. 

You will be reminded of your agreement which you signed at the time of your first appointment. We understand things come up and you were unable to cancel your appointment.

Second cancellation-50% fee for services booked. We understand that life gets in the way however, Luna Jade Salon cannot offer the best customer service experience to other clients when the consumer no shows or chooses to cancel less than 24 hours in advance. You can cancel your appointment at any time by emailing us at lunajadesalonllc@gmail.com or accessing your account via the Fresha app.

No Show- 100% fee for services booked. 

We also reserve the right to refuses services for future appointments. We cannot comply with consumers who chose not to abide by our policies. In order to protect other clients and the company of LunaJadeSalonLLC, these are the steps that will be taken to offer the best service our company strives to offer. Redo Policy-We offer a 7 day period to make any tweaks or adjustments to your cut, color, etc. Beyond 7 days there will be a service charge for the appointment. 

Media Release Policy

Here at The Luna Jade Salon, our clients are the canvas. We take ownership of the art that is created on our floor. ​When booking your appointment, you are nonverbally agreeing to your photo/video being taken. That content may be distributed on the LJS Facebook and Instagram pages, as well as our Google/Yelp business accounts and our website.
